The maximum linear speed of the grinding wheel is 80m/s, the maximum torque of the workpiece spindle is 1000Nm, the gear grinding accuracy meets National Standard Grade 3, with ffa ≤ 0.002mm and CPK ≥ 1.67 (span roll distance of 0.06). The machine tool can achieve automatic clamping, automatic tool setting, automatic grinding, and automatic dressing. It is equipped with functions such as tooth surface anti-torsion, universal dressing, mirror grinding, and cycloid grinding, satisfying the requirements for transmission precision, noise reduction, and enhancement of transmission efficiency in gear transmission.
