Internal Structure of the Bed
The 30° inclined bed body is integrally cast and formed using HT300 high-strength cast iron. Through finite element analysis, the optimal arrangement of reinforcing ribs, sufficient secondary aging, and natural aging are achieved, ensuring the high rigidity of the basic components of the machine tool and ensuring the long-term stability of the machine tool.
