Laser cladding can accurately clad wear-resistant materials on the worn parts, and the bonding strength between the cladding layer and the substrate is high, which can effectively restore the size of the shaft. Moreover, the wear resistance of the cladding layer can improve the service life of the shaft. For example, some transmission shafts in mining machinery often wear out due to friction of particles such as ore dust. Laser cladding repair can solve this problem well. II.
