By selecting wear-resistant materials for cladding, such as high-hardness tungsten carbide (WC) based alloy powder, the wear resistance of the tool surface can be effectively enhanced. Taking the plow as an example, after laser cladding treatment, its wear resistance in soil can be significantly improved, extending the service life of the tool, reducing the frequency of tool replacement, and thus improving agricultural production efficiency.
