YKS7226 Worm Gear Grinding Machine

The machine tool can realize fully automatic control of the whole process of automatic workpiece clamping, automatic tool setting, automatic grinding and automatic dressing, meeting the precision grinding of large batch involute cylindrical gears. The machine tool has functions such as multi-head grinding, universal dressing, three – section anti – torsion, mirror grinding, and allowance distribution. The maximum linear speed of the grinding wheel is 100m/s, the maximum speed of the workpiece spindle is 3000rpm, the gear grinding precision is national standard level 3, and ffx ≤ 0.0015mm.
