Main Structure and Configuration of the Machine Model

 

  1. Overall structure: The main structure is made of high-quality cast iron, and undergoes three aging treatments (two thermal aging treatments and one vibration aging treatment), ensuring stable structure and good precision retention. The casting structure is analyzed by computer calculation using finite element analysis method. The reasonable structural strength and the combination of reinforcing ribs provide high rigidity of the machine.
  2. System: According to the user’s usage habits, it can be optionally equipped with mainstream CNC systems such as Fanuc, Syntec, KND, Guangshu, Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Huazhong. It is suitable for the control of various complex processing tasks, ensuring the stability of machine tool control and meeting the user’s requirements for CNC processing functions and auxiliary functions.
  3. Drive form: The three-axis motor is directly connected to the high-precision ball screw for driving. The screw support adopts a structure where one end is fixed and the other end is stretched. This enables the machine tool’s screw to have a pre-stretching function, which can improve the transmission rigidity of the machine tool, the stability of positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy, and enhance the thermal stability of the machine tool. All three linear axes adopt high-precision linear rolling guides, which ensure low vibration during high-speed feeding, no crawling during low-speed feeding, and high precision stability.
  4. Chip removal: The machine tool is standard equipped with a chip receiving plate for front chip removal, and can be optionally equipped with chain or screw automatic chip removal methods, which makes operation safe, convenient and more efficient.
  5. Tool magazine: It is standard equipped with a 24-tool manipulator magazine. The fast tool change mechanism saves time and improves production efficiency. The fast, simple, reliable and long-life tool changing device provides stable and reliable tool changing actions.
  6. Lubrication system: The automatic lubricating oil system adopts a centralized lubrication system. The fixed lubricating oil quantity of the point-to-point positive displacement oil 排出 ensures the lubrication of transmission system components to guarantee precision.
  7. Electrical components: High-quality genuine components such as Schneider (or other brands of equivalent quality) are adopted to ensure that the electrical control has good protection functions and low failure rate. High-quality servo transformers, control transformers, switching power supplies, integrated control modules and encrypted operation panels are used.
