M260 Vertical Machining Center

This machine tool is designed by absorbing advanced foreign technologies. The bed adopts a smooth and high-rigidity integral cast iron bed. With a large-span gantry structure, while ensuring sufficient rigidity, the machine tool has high precision and stability. The overall structure of the machine tool is compact, the working area is large, the floor space is reduced, and the space utilization rate is high.
Lubrication system The feeding part is equipped with electric lubrication pump and quantitative lubrication injector, which injects lubricating grease accurately and quantitatively for the lubrication points of sliding guideway and ball screw vice to ensure that the machine tool can run stably for a long period of time, and adopts centralised lubrication method. Chip removal system The machine adopts rear chip removal design, with chip removal angle and large flow rate chip flushing system. Machine protection The machine is equipped with a fully enclosed protection room, which is convenient and safe for operation. X, Y and Z axes are equipped with protection cover, which effectively prevents the erosion of iron chips on the guideway, protects the guideway and screw and improves the service life.
The size of the rotary table, also known as the worktable, is Ø 260mm. The high-precision five axis rotating worktable adopts DD motor transmission, hydraulic automatic clamping, and accurate and reliable motion. The A-axis is the swing axis, with a swing angle of ± 110 °, and the C-axis is the rotation axis, which can rotate freely 360 °.
The X, Y, Z axes are directly connected by AC servo motors through couplings, which are rigid, flexible and lightweight, and drive the ball screws steplessly. AC servo feed motors are used as the power source and ball screws are used as the transmission parts to ensure the accuracy of screw feeding.
The Y-axis is driven by dual servo motors, which maximises the Y-axis driving speed and rigidity under the premise of effective control of driving deflection.
Z-axis servo motor with automatic holding function, in case of power failure, it can automatically hold the motor shaft tightly, so that it can not rotate, and play a role in safety protection.
X/Y/Z-axis adopts linear roller guide, with high rigidity, low noise, low friction characteristics, can do fast displacement and get the best rounding accuracy.
Adopting high quality disc 24 tool changer, accurate tool change, short time and high efficiency.
