Overview
It is the double-coordinate two-axis linkage, semi-closed loop control CNC lathe. The main machine adopts high-precision rolling guide rail with good dynamic characteristics, strong rigidity and smooth chip removal; the control system uses well-known domestic and foreign CNC systems, which has reliable and stable performance and easy operation;
- In addition to the basic functions of turning, grooving and chamfering, the machine tool can also perform various metric and inch internal and external thread processing, as well as drilling, expansion, reaming, rolling and other processing;
- It can process cylindrical, conical, stepped, spherical and other various curved surfaces with short geometry (or disk) parts with complex geometric shapes, many sizes and high precision requirements;
- Suitable for processing bars with a diameter of less than Φ35mm (the spindle can pass the maximum bar diameter), disks with a diameter of less than Φ350mm and short-axis parts (this range may vary depending on the fixture);
- Suitable for the production of single or medium and small batches of non-ferrous and ferrous metal workpieces of small and medium specifications;
- The machine tool is suitable for the automated production of machinery, instruments, light industry, electronics, medical instruments and other industries.
Machine Feature
- Adopt the overall inclined bed base of 45° structure, the bed has a large cross-sectional area, which greatly improves the rigidity of the whole machine. 360mm X-axis/Z-axis travel can provide more space for tool installation. The large span of the guide rail makes the cutting process more stable. The rotation diameter of up to Φ400 makes the special-shaped parts and compound processing more convenient;
- Mechatronic design, large stroke, small volume, compact structure, elegant appearance;
- Optional eight-station rotary turret, ER20 single-axis power head, self-made dual-axis ER20 lifting power head and square power head can be used to complete the process of turning, milling, drilling, tapping and polygon cutting at a time;
- The structure of the spindle is the front three rear two angle contact bearing, the diameter of the through hole is Φ43;
- The vertical and horizontal driving adopts high-performance AC servo motor, X-direction ball screw adopts pre-stretch structure design, adopts C3 level accuracy, high positioning accuracy, flexible and reliable action;
- Adopt automatic centralized lubrication device, the lubrication is fully reliable;
- The cooling and chip removal system uses a floor-separated water tank and an iron chip box (the side and rear chip removal devices can also be selected), which is convenient for cleaning.
