M620 Crane Type Five Axis Machining Center

The main components of the machine tool include thebed,crossbeam,slide seat,spindle box,and cradleturntable.The material properties enable the machinetool to have good static accuracy stability,dynamicperformance,and long-term thermal stability.Thedesign of the bed body has undergone finite elementanalysis,and its structure is reasonable,with appropriaterib plate layout,thus having sufficient high static anddynamic stiffness and accuracy retention.The base,crossbeam,sliding seatspindle box,and rotary tablechamber are allcast using high-strength cast iron andresin sand technology,with a complete heat treatmentprocess to eliminate residual stress,and sufficient reinforcementplates are arranged.The optimal structure is obtained through finiteelement anaysis to ensure that the entire machine has sufficient strength,rigidity,and high stability.
The machine tool adopts an integralgantry structure,with sliding sleepersinstalled on the crossbeam to achieveX-axis movement;The crossbeam isinstalled on the bed to achieve Y-direction movement;The spindle boxis installed on the slide to achieve upand down movement of the Z-axis.The two ends of the turntable aresupported by force,with the mainforce bearing end supported on thebase and the tailstock supported onthe base,achieving A-axis swing;Theworkbench is installed on the bridgeto achieve C-axis rotation movement. A. The two rotating axes C drive the movement of the workpiece,while the X,Y,and Z axes drive the movement of the tool.
