This machine tool adopts SIEMENS 840Dsl CNC system. The imported AC head of Europe has good rigidity, high accuracy and strong stability. The machine tool feed consists of three linear coordinate axes, namely the X-axis, the Y-axis, the Z-axis, and the two rotation axes, namely the C-axis and the A-axis. The three linear axes are driven by SIEMENS servo motors and imported ball screws, equipped with a Heiden grating ruler, achieving full closed-loop control. The A-axis, C-axis and electric spindle are driven by a torque motor, and the built-in circular grating feedback position signal to ensure the accuracy of the swing head.
