CNC High Precision Inner Groove Horizontal Broaching Machine

The machine adopts Siemens numerical control operating system, which can display the broaching speed or return speed of the workpiece through the man-machine interface, and can directly observe the working state of each axis. The operating system reads the broaching pressure of the machine tool in real time through the sensor. The read pressure values can be saved, classified and compared.

According to the actual use of the broach to judge, it shows the state of “normal broach”, “broach to be ground” and “abnormal broach. For a variety of faults can automatically show the location of the fault and give the alarm.

Both broaching force and broaching speed adopt electro-hydraulic servo valve, which can be arbitrarily set by touch key on the operation screen.

Within the range of nominal pulling force and skateboard stroke, the inner groove of the wheel disc of different sizes and groove types can be broaching by replacing part of the tooling and tools.
