This training closely follows the actual business needs and focuses on the business shortcomings of employees. Through systematic and diversified courses, it has laid a solid foundation for building a technical sales team.

Based on this, the company has carefully formulated a special training plan based on the needs of business development and the employee business shortcomings sorted out by previous research, aiming to enable salesmen to have more solid professional knowledge through targeted improvements, thereby providing customers with better quality and professional services.

This series of training sessions was conducted in total, and the courses were carried out around the two core contents of “Mechanical Map Recognition” and “Precision and Tolerance”. These two courses are important basic knowledge in business development and play a key role in salespeople’s better understanding of products and conducting effective technical communication with customers.
In order to ensure the training effect, this classroom format breaks the traditional single teaching model and presents diverse characteristics. There are both senior technical personnel of the company who provide professional and systematic knowledge explanations, and pass on the complex mechanical graph recognition principles, accuracy and tolerance knowledge to each student in an easy-to-understand manner; there is also a case analysis link that combines actual business scenarios, allowing students to closely combine theoretical knowledge with practical applications by analyzing the problems and solutions encountered in real cases; in addition, a salesperson knowledge sharing link is also set up to encourage students to communicate and discuss what they have learned, thought and understanding during the training process, deepen their understanding and mastery of knowledge in sharing, and form a good interactive learning atmosphere.
