The independently developed deformation compensation device solves the industry problem of easy deformation of thick plates when bending. This equipment is about to be sent to an Italian auto parts company and is an important order for the company to expand its European market.

The technician immediately demonstrated on the operating screen: after entering the parameters, the system generated a complete bend path simulation in just 5 seconds, and also automatically generated the program, making the whole process smooth and efficient. General Manager Qiao finished reading the demonstration and put forward optimization suggestions: “This response speed is good, but the actual operation scenarios of the customers must also be considered. For example, Russian customers may need more Russian interfaces, and the Russian interface can be added in the future, so that customers from different countries can use it more easily.

Currently, we have orders for multiple export equipment, and the delivery time has been scheduled to September. Each equipment is related to the company’s reputation. We must grasp the construction period. No details can be missed by machine tool manufacturing. Just like the bending machines we produce, we must ensure the accuracy of each bending angle, the blade gap of the shearing machine must be correct, and the tightness of any screw and the arrangement of a line may affect the service life of the equipment and the reputation of customers. What we are doing is precision equipment, so we must have a ‘finger-picking’ attitude.”
As the convoy drove away from the factory, the roar in the workshop was still loud. Perseverance in high temperatures and seriousness in details are allowing “Made in China” machine tools to move towards a broader world with responsibility and quality.
