Machine Features
The machine adopts NUM1050 CNC system, and the whole machine has four servo axes: X axis of wheelhead feed, Z axis of wheelhead travelling, and rotation of wheelhead are all closed-loop control. The linear axes X and Z are guided by imported high-precision, high-rigidity roller linear guides. The rotary axis A of the wheelhead uses INA high-precision composite bearings to meet the requirements of accurate positioning and high rigidity of the spiral angle of the wheelhead. The indexing axis C adopts double worm gear backlash mechanism to ensure accurate positioning of indexing. The grinding motor is an electric spindle with a maximum speed of 24000rpm, which can meet the requirements of small-size grinding wheels and high-speed grinding wheels.
The grinding wheels used for machine grinding are ordinary grinding wheels. Using the forming and dressing software, the CNC system data file is generated according to the user’s requirements for grinding workpieces. The X and Y axes of the working axis of the machine tool are used to interpolate the movement, and the diamond roller is used to complete the form dressing of the grinding wheel section. The grinding cycle of the machine is controlled by the CNC system, and the automatic cycle control of grinding wheel dressing, compensation and workpiece grinding is completed through one-time programming.
The machine cover is fully enclosed. The workpiece cooling uses high flow cooling pump and is equipped with constant temperature refrigeration equipment. The whole machine is equipped with electrostatic mist-absorbing device, which makes the working environment clean and hygienic.
