The machine tool does not need cutting fluid. It adopts an oil – air two – phase micro – lubrication method to achieve green and environment – friendly processing, which fully conforms to the currently advocated green and environment – friendly processing concept.
The machine tool bed and column are of an integrated design. The main body of the whole machine adopts a longitudinal layout, ensuring high rigidity, high stability, high precision, a compact structure, and a small floor area, improving the utilization rate of the factory building area.
The machine tool adopts the FANUC control system, with a high degree of numerical control. The main machine of the whole machine has a total of 11 CNC axes, and can realize four – axis linkage gear hobbing processing.
