Overview
VHMC series vertical/horizontal machining center is a machine tool independently developed by our company.
With superior performance, the workpiece can automatically complete multiple side milling, boring, reaming, tapping and other processes after a clamping pentahedron, the use of this machine can save a lot of technology and equipment, shorten the production preparation period, ensure the consistency of the workpiece processing, improve production efficiency.
This machine tool is suitable for small and medium-sized batch box parts machining, is the national defense industry, automobile, machinery/machine tool manufacturing equipment replacement of the first choice of products.
High Rigid Spindle
The spindle box adopts high rigidity and high speed direct junction spindle assembly. The spindle transmission force constant power range is wide. The maximum power of the spindle is 22KW, and the output torque of the matching secondary gear transmission box can reach 1500NM.
The spindle and spindle box are controlled by constant temperature, and the working accuracy is stable.
High speed, high rigidity, high precision, large torque, heavy cutting
The machine is equipped with two automatic spiral cutting devices, respectively equipped with large flow and high pressure sprinklers, fully realize automatic chip removal.
Fast and reliable automatic tool change (ATC)
Hydraulic tool change, stable tool change, big grasping force, the maximum tool weight of 18kg.
The knife house can hold 24 knives
Adopt push type tool storehouse, clamp type hydraulic manipulator, the tool storehouse capacity is large, the occupation area is small
High rigidity structure excellent manufacturing
- The optimum structure of the machine tool was designed by using the CAD software Solid Works and the finite analysis/dynamic analysis system.
- All large parts are made of closed box structure, thick wall and multi-bar, high quality gray cast iron resin sand mold, through multiple stress relief procedures, extremely rigid (casting suppliers are export OEM factories).
- The machine tool adopts horizontal bed moving column, T – shaped layout, thermal symmetry, thermal compensation design.
- 3-point positioning and balancing installation
- The three-way guide rail of the machine adopts the precision linear roller guide rail made by the German technology of Taiwan SIYIN Co., Ltd., which can move fast and realize high speed, high precision and heavy cutting.
- High micro feed precision, good accuracy retention (can maintain the accuracy of 8-10 years.
- Machine high stiffness guide rail is installed on the datum surface, and is grinded by imported guide rail grinder with high precision.
- Spindle taper hole quenching, worktable quenching has a proprietary technology, to ensure the stability of hardness and precision.
- The three axis adopts high precision ball screw and AC servo motor to drive directly, prestretching, eliminating clearance and good precision.
- This machine tool design technology – refering to the foreign advanced vertical/horizontal machining center manufacturing technology, to achieve stable machining accuracy reliability, thus further improving the production efficiency.
Auxiliary functions are perfect
Three axis guide rail, ball screw are equipped with stainless steel protection device, tool storehouse is equipped with manual tool change.
Equipped with CNC rotary table, improve the machine operation rate, the table can be manually rotated, convenient clamping workpiece.
Z axis is provided with two automatic spiral vane chip expeller on both sides, the front of the water tank on the chain plate chip expeller can quickly chip to the chip collection car.
Perfect precision inspection
The machine tool is equipped with famous brand accessories from Germany, Japan and other famous manufacturers to ensure the quality of the whole machine.
Machined parts precision and factory precision were measured by CMM and dual-frequency laser interferometer.
Rotating table adopts worm gear and worm dividing, rat tooth disc positioning, positioning accuracy is high

Machine Feature
(1) The machine adopts fixed column type, horizontal bed and rotary table structure, with reasonable and compact layout, less occupation area and convenient hoisting and transportation.
(2) The basic large pieces are made of high quality gray cast iron, resin sand casting process, CNC processing, good accuracy and stability.
X, Y, Z three axis are adopted imported straight roller heavy load specifications guideway, bearing capacity and torsional resistance is strong, fast response speed, low speed characteristics.
(3) Equipped with imported high speed precision spindle, high speed, large output power, the spindle maximum speed of 8000rpm, suitable for high speed precision machining.
(4) Optimized design of three-axis servo drive, bidirectional pre-stretching positioning, dustproof seal on both sides of bearing, easy maintenance and adjustment.
(5) With indexable rotary table, accurate indexing positioning and indexing processing can be realized.
(6) Environment-friendly fully enclosed protection design for machine tools, stainless steel protective cover for XZ axis, stainless steel armor for Y axis, good performance of chip removal and protection.
