UBJ-80 Roller Straightening Machine

UBJ-80 High-precision bolt straightening  specially designed for high-precision bolt manufacturers in the fields of automobiles, engineering machinery, high-end equipment, etc.

UBJ-80 type straightening machine is mainly used for straightening and rolling of shaft workpieces. It uses the plasticity of metal to form under the strong rolling and rotation of rollers. Materials suitable for rolling are various carbon steels, alloy steels and non-ferrous metals with elongation greater than 10% and tensile strength less than 1Kn/mm2.

The UBJ-80 straightening machine is equipped with a fixed main shaft and a movable main shaft. Each main shaft is equipped with a synchronous and co-rotating straightening wheel. Under the action of hydraulic pressure, the movable spindle moves toward the fixed spindle, so that the workpiece between the straightening wheels can be rotated and squeezed to achieve straightening purposes. The working cycle of this machine is feeding, rolling, retracting and stopping. If the workpiece has no steps, there is no need to activate the hydraulic system and it can be rolled directly.

The front end of the spindle is equipped with a front fulcrum bearing seat that can move along the axial direction of the spindle. The straightening wheel can be installed on the inner circumference or outside of the front fulcrum bearing seat. When installed on the outside, the straightening wheel is cantilevered (special customization is required), allowing straightening of workpieces ≤φ20; the maximum thickness of the straightening wheel is 150mm.
