The numerical control system adopts SIEMENS 828D. This machine mainly consists of lathe bed, left and right tailstocks, left and right tool posts, left and right grinding head devices, friction main drive device, friction wheel stand device, jack device, cooling device, hydraulic and electrical systems, etc. The tool post and grinding head can realize two-axis linkage respectively and each axis will be driven by SIEMENS AC servo motor.
