Machine Features

The bedside wall adopts a double-ribbed plate design, with the inner rib shape using a box-type and slanted rib combination structure. The machine’s rigidity is higher than that of typical lathes, providing stable accuracy and enabling heavy-duty cutting.
The cross slide is equipped with a rapid-moving structure and is operated with a single handle for intuitive control. The spindle’s forward and reverse rotation direction and braking are user-selectable, with options for hydraulic control or manual mechanical control.
The bed saddle guideways are made of bonded “TSF” soft band wear-resistant material.
Based on user requirements, the tool post can automatically feed, and the upper tool post can be used independently to turn short conical surfaces. Additionally, the upper tool post, in conjunction with the longitudinal feed, can be used for turning long conical surfaces.
