● Precise back gauge system for faster and more accurate positioning
The back gauge is welded by steel structure, has high rigidity, and is driven by servo motor, ball screw and linear guide to ensure high precision operation. The four-corner mounting set screws can be quickly adjusted.
● (R-axis) beam height can be adjusted manually
The back gauge beam is made of square tube and has high rigidity. Engineers designed adjustable linkages to achieve overall reduction or elevation of the finger.
● Electromechanical deflection compensation (optional)
It is made of high-strength steel and has a nonlinear wave-slant block structure. It is driven by a motor and can accurately adjust the compensation amount.
