Compared with the traditional single-screw servo broaching machine, the force is more reasonable. The two force-bearing screws and the machining center are in the same plane. There is no turning moment. The vibration during the broaching process is smaller, and it is more stable for long-term use. The machine tool is more rigid and the overall weight is heavier. The servo internal broaching machine is controlled by a servo motor encoder and a grating to form a closed-loop control, which controls the synchronization of the two screws within 0.01mm.
Compared with the double-cylinder pull-up inner broaching machine, there is no hydraulic system, which eliminates the need for regular replacement of hydraulic oil and regular replacement of seals. Improper replacement or aging of seals will lead to internal discharging of the hydraulic system, causing slippage. In severe cases, it may even lead to unstable system pressure, vibration, and unstable product surface finish. The servo internal broaching machine is controlled by a CNC system and driven by a screw. There are no problems with the hydraulic system, and the maintenance content is much less than that of a hydraulic machine tool. It also occupies a smaller area and is more environmentally friendly.
