The bed of the machine tool adopts an integral two – guide – rail or integral three – guide – rail structure. The surface of the guide rail is quenched at medium frequency, and a steel – inserted structure can be optionally equipped; the headstock adopts a through – shaft structure, with short shafts supported at both ends; the tool post of the machine tool adopts a frame – type structure, with two vertical tool plates on the left and right, which can be freely extended and retracted; the feed box of the machine tool adopts a double – gear anti – backlash structure, with strong bearing capacity and good transmission rigidity; the tailstock of the machine tool adopts an upper and lower split structure, and the movement of the tailstock and the tail spindle both adopt an automatic control method. The locking of the sleeve is an automatic control method, which is safe and reliable; the machine tool is equipped with a spacious walking platform, which is convenient for operation.
The machine tool can also provide double tool posts, milling and boring devices, grinding devices, cooling devices, etc. according to user requirements. The range and quantity of open and closed center frames can also be configured according to user requirements.
