The purpose and characteristics of the machine tool
1. Transmission mode and grinding thread length:
CGK-4000/5000/6800/8500 (grinding thread length 4000/5000/6800/8500) is moved by grinding wheel frame, with additional side bed behind the body, grinding length of 14 m (receiving tool grinding).
2. Adopt SIEMENS840D numerical control system. And equipped with HEIDENHAIN precision grating scale, Renishaw encoder, to achieve full closed-loop control. The operation interface adopts Chinese man-machine dialogue interface, menu-type input, and easy operation.
3. The grinding method adopts a single-row grinding cycle. It has automatic cycle grinding throughout the process. Multi-head thread grinding, dynamic tool setting, pitch compensation, warp taper compensation and automatic compensation in grinding wheel dressing.
4. The main bed and workbench are made of the original machine tool parts, and the guide rail surface has been scraped and ground with high precision. The mother screw and transverse feed screw of the machine tool are made of high-precision grinding ball screw imported from China or import to ensure the accuracy and stability of the movement.
5. The grinding wheel spindle adopts imported high-degree rolling bearings, which has high rotation accuracy, rigidity and wear resistance.
6. Semi-enclosed or fully enclosed protection, standard full-length sprinkler device, constant temperature forced cooling device, air purifier, magnetic filter, etc., good working environment.
7. Flexible matching. This machine tool can be equipped with a variety of grinding wheel dressers, such as diamond roller forming dresser, electric diamond pen dresser, CNC copy dresser, etc., and can be equipped with grinding wheel automatic balance installation, automatic tool setting device, helix angle automatic adjustment locking device, centrifugal separator, etc.
