The BOM series dry centrifugal grinding and polishing machine takes “dry efficient grinding and full-process automation” as the core to build a full-link solution of “precision equipment processing + intelligent control + standardized operation”, covering three key dimensions:
- Full-process processing collaboration: The front-end process is adapted to manual precise feeding, and the corresponding abrasives (walnut grains, corn cobs, wood grains, etc.) are selected according to the workpiece material and processing requirements; the intermediate link is based on different processing goals, and the forward and reverse functions of the equipment are used to achieve all-round chamfering and polishing, combined with timing control to ensure processing accuracy; after the post-processing is completed, the equipment automatically alarms, making it easy to pick and place the workpiece, forming an efficient processing closed loop of “feeding – grinding – finished product”.
- Equipment structure and principle adaptation: The core of the equipment consists of an octagonal wood roller, a frame, a protective net, and a control box. The octagonal wood roller is made of 25mm density board material to ensure both grinding force and surface protection during the grinding process; the frame is welded with national standard flat tubes, and is equipped with a safety net and a safety door travel switch to ensure safe operation; the control box is painted with an SPCC board closed box, and digital control is realized through frequency conversion panel, potential speed regulation and other functions to accurately adjust the roller speed (0-35r/min) and clamp speed (0~110r/min).
- Multi-specification adaptation design: In response to different production capacity needs, two models, BOM-1500 and BOM-2500, are launched, covering the grinding barrel capacity of 1500L-2500L, and the abrasive loading capacity from 175Kg to 300Kg, meeting different scenarios from small batch trial production to mass production, and are also suitable for the processing of multi-material workpieces such as K gold jewelry, stainless steel products, PC plastics, etc.
