The CW6180/61100 Standard Series Lathes are versatile machines designed for turning various workpieces, including internal and external cylindrical and conical surfaces, other revolving surfaces, and end faces. They are also capable of processing a wide range of common threads, such as metric, inch, module, and diametral pitch threads. Additionally, these lathes can perform drilling, reaming, tapping, and broaching of keyways. They are suitable for machining materials such as steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals.

Integrated High Anti-Torsion Horizontal Bed: Constructed from high-quality cast iron, the bed features induction-hardened and precision-ground guide ways, with a generous width of 600mm.
Wear-Resistant and Vibration-Damping Guide Ways: The guide way pair incorporates PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) soft belts, offering excellent wear resistance, vibration absorption, and superior accuracy retention.
High-Rigidity, High-Precision Spindle: The spindle is supported by a three-bearing structure, ensuring high rigidity and precision, enabling powerful cutting operations. The spindle bore features a large diameter of Φ100.
Wide Speed Range: With 18-stage speed regulation, operators can select the most appropriate rotational speed for various machining tasks.
Direct Threading Capabilities: The machine allows for direct cutting of both metric and inch threads.
Rapid Traverse Mechanism: The apron is equipped with a rapid traverse mechanism for efficient tool positioning.
