The machine tool has suitable structural performance, with characteristics including high static and dynamic rigidity, a long service life, high processing efficiency, safe and reliable functions, convenient operation, and an attractive appearance.
- This series of machine tools is suitable for tools such as high-speed steel and cemented carbide steel. It can perform turning of outer circles, end faces, grooving, cutting-off, boring, threading, curved surfaces, and conical surfaces on shaft-type, cylinder-type, and disc-type parts of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and some non-metals.
- The bed of the S-series machine tools adopts an integral four-guide-rail structure, and the guide rails of the carriage bed adopt a steel-inserted structure. The bed of the F-series machine tools adopts a split four-guide-rail structure, and the guide rails of the carriage bed adopt a hydrostatic guide rail structure.
- The main drive of the machine tool is driven by a DC motor, and through two mechanical speed changes, the speed range of the spindle is achieved.
- The spindle of the headstock has a through-shaft structure and uses high-precision double-row short cylindrical roller bearings with adjustable radial clearances. Through optimized design, a larger spindle diameter and the best support span are adopted, which improves the rotational precision, dynamic rigidity, and static rigidity of the spindle. The center on the spindle adopts a flange-type short-taper shank structure, which improves the connection rigidity between the center and the spindle.
- The tool post uses ball screws in the transverse direction and high-precision racks and double-gear anti-backlash structures in the longitudinal direction. For the S-series machine tools, the large tool post is mated with the horizontal shaft of the feed box, and for the F-series machine tools, the large tool post is mated with the vertical shaft of the feed box. This improves the transmission precision of the tool post.
- The tailstock has an integral box-shaped structure. The mandrel inside the sleeve uses high-precision double-row short cylindrical roller bearings with adjustable radial clearances. The center is a flange-type short-taper shank center, which gives the tailstock very high rigidity. The movements of the sleeve and the tailstock are both 机动 (motorized), with automatic clamping and releasing. A hydraulic force-measuring device is also installed.
- Double tool posts, milling and boring devices, grinding devices, spindle indexing and feeding functions, off-machine tool setting devices, etc. can be provided according to user requirements.
- For the C-series heavy-duty horizontal lathes, the main drive and feed drive of the machine tool adopt a separate structure, and the machine tool is a heavy-duty horizontal lathe with CNC functions.
