Main features:
1. The main spindle speed is infinitely variable, enabling speed change without stopping the spindle. The wide speed range is suitable for both rough and finish turning.
2. The spindle speed range is 17–1000 r/min, with a large spindle bore (Φ100 mm).
3. The bed is made of high – strength resin – bonded cast iron. The guide – way is subjected to medium – frequency quenching and precision grinding, featuring good precision retention and strong load – bearing capacity.
4. A high – power, low – noise servo motor is adopted, so the machine has high positioning accuracy, good stability, and high reliability.
5. The machine is equipped with a four – position automatic rotary turret with intermittent automatic lubrication, which can be adjusted by the user as needed. It fully ensures the lubrication of the rail surface and effectively improves the machine’s accuracy. 6. The machine has a double – door and semi – protective structure, resulting in an attractive appearance and easy operation.
