CKJ6163 CNC lathe

The CKJ6163 series is a horizontal lathe used for machining various types of steel parts. It is particularly suitable for the mass production of machining inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, end surfaces, metric and inch threads, etc. It can also perform drilling and boring functions.

Main features:
1. A dynamic sliding bearing is adopted on the spindle nose. The bearings have better precision and have obtained a national patent.
2. The spindle has two speed grades. The speed range of the spindle is 30–1000 r/min, and it has a large spindle bore (Φ120 mm).
3. High – power, low – noise servo motors and precision ball screws are adopted on the X and Z axes, so the machine has high positioning accuracy, good stability, and high reliability.
4. The machine is equipped with a four – position automatic rotary turret with intermittent automatic lubrication that the user can adjust according to the situation. It fully guarantees the lubrication of the rail surface and effectively improves the accuracy of the machine.
5. The machine has a double – door and semi – protective structure, so it has an attractive appearance and is easy to operate.
