FCS Series Double Spindle Double Head Lathe

This series of CNC double head lathes is an efficient and high-precision new type of processing equipment, mainly used for large – scale production and processing of long axis and tube parts. The workpiece can be clamped at once to complete turning and milling processing at both ends. Compared with the traditional process of multi sequence processing and multiple clamping processing of the workpiece, it has the advantages of high production efficiency and high coaxiality of the parts.

Main Features

  • High quality resin sand castings, box structure, strong seismic resistance, after secondary aging treatment, eliminate internal stress and reduce deformation.
  • Adopting advanced 3D finite element analysis processing to ensure the stability and reliability of the body.
  • The machine tool has an overall inclined bed structure, which is pleasant to operate and smooth in chip removal.
  • The feed transmission adopts precision linear guide rails and ball screw pairs, and the installation of the roller screw is a pre stretched structure, which improves rigidity while reducing the impact of cold and hot machines on the machining accuracy of the workpiece.
  • Adopting a volumetric electric lubrication pump to effectively lubricate the guide rail and screw, improving the service life of the machine tool.
  • Simultaneous processing of both ends in one clamping process, high efficiency, high coaxiality accuracy of the center hole, and good consistency of product accuracy.
