Recently, the 18-meter ultra-large aerospace CNC gantry processing equipment independently developed by a first-class domestic large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprise ushered in an important milestone in the manufacturing process – the technical team of UBrightsolutions visited the production site to conduct phased technical inspections on the core modules of the equipment. This inspection focused on the structural rigidity, dynamic accuracy and multi-axis coordination performance of the equipment, and the results were fully met, laying a solid foundation for subsequent assembly and delivery of the entire machine.


- Cross-industry limit size: the total length of the workbench is 18 meters and the load-bearing is 80 tons, which can meet the high-precision milling and other processing of super-large components in aerospace;
- Micron-level accuracy control: Siemens’ high-end “thermal deformation compensation algorithm” can still maintain 0.02mm/m positioning accuracy under the ambient temperature difference of ±30℃;
- Five-axis linkage intelligent calibration: configure customer customized process packages to achieve one-time molding of complex surface processing, reducing aerospace materials losses by more than 40%.


In-depth customer participation: transparent inspection throughout the process
Unlike traditional delivery acceptance, this inspection runs through the mid-term of equipment manufacturing, and the customer technical expert team has passed:




- Traceability inspection of key components: On-site inspection of material hardness and assembly clearance of core components such as beam guide rails and spindles;
- Dynamic simulation test: In the incomplete assembly state, the equipment vibration resistance and cutting force stability are verified through modular loading;
- Joint debugging of process parameters: optimize equipment code logic based on actual processing data provided by the customer.
- Aerospace-level accuracy standard: adopts a dynamic compensation system, and can still maintain a positioning accuracy of 0.015mm/m under high-speed cutting conditions, far exceeding the international standard.
